Do you know how embarrrasing it is when you are conducting an interview, and the emergency evacuation siren goes off?:) You are asking questions on CBT development, and teeeeeeeewwwwwwww, the bell goes off. You have to make a split second decision whether to look dignified or to scurry for your life.:)
And then you realise that it is the fire drill, and you tag the candidate along with you and march down the stairs!
But the expression on the poor candidate’s face. First of all, she was nervous about the interview, and then she had to go through the trauma of an emergency evacuation:)
